Lead trainer for all new employees in the production area, establishing task objectives per your analysis Develop and implement continuous improvement within departmental employees' performance through regular feedback, coaching and training Motivate employees to learn new tasks and create efficient ways to improve safety, quality and productivity.
Responsible for documentation referring to material usage and documentation of warehouse retrieval Responsible for correct documentation of production processes Job Type:
